Sherforce going belly up?

I thought that you might all be interested to hear that today ( 29th May 2012) both Sherforce Ltd and Shergroup Ltd have had notices from Companies House of applications to strike both companies from the Companies House register for failing to provide accounts.

Notices were also advertised in the London Gazette today of these applications. Personally, CS should be damned well ashamed of herself. You can get confirmation of the above by going onto the Companies House website.

I would not be surprised to hear that her companies are all bust.

Could not happen to a nicer person.....

It looks like when they filed the last accounts in 2010 they were dormant. It makes you wonder how they have been working in last two years with a big building in Essex, overheads and staff as a dormant company making money from the public with all their charging regime and not providing accounts to the Companies House, so looks like they are the crooks?

If Companies House has advertised notices in the London Gazette to strike Sherfarts and its subsidiaries from the Register of Companies, that is serious. It is not a decision that is taken lightly, in my experience. Don't be surprised if Sherfarts receives an unexpected visit from those awfully nice people at H.M. Revenue & Customs.

You could well be right BB, but they have not filed accounts following last accounts as dormant in 2010 and that is the reason for the striking off as this is normal proceedure. They have obviously been trading and not paying taxes or VAT but charging the VAT on to the people that they have been chasing so no doubt so the Revenue would most certainly be interested in visiting their premises anytime soon after all it is a legal firm according to their description on Companies House and they should know better. I hope they also get a visit from one of there other Bailiff friends as they must owe money.
