Attendance to Remove Fee

I have an issue with JBW Bailiffs which I have posted on here about and am dealing with.

A Bailiff visited last week and as well as an 'Attendance to Levy Fee' of £42.00 (from what I have read on here this is legal) they have also added an 'Attendance to Remove Fee' of £150.00 - is this legal/correct?

Just wanted to check before I give them grief back

I have exactly the same issue with Swift Credit Services!

I have a fee of £170 added at the same time they levied against my car. The same visit in a small silver van!

Mine is actually described as "Attending with a vehicle with a view to removing"

I am now at Stage 3 of the complaint procedure and the LA are defeninding it completely.
