    Hi all
I am new to this so please go easy on me. My first question is , Can a bailiff charge for a first visit £24.50 then 4 days later £18 second visit and then 3 months later Sch5 Head H £24.50, attendance/van£120 and levy Fee £67.
I have meticulously read your guides before posting and my understanding is that after visits 1 and 2 then if no levy is made then they cannot charge anymore.
Am I correct? please advise me.

    Hi Bonafide,

Could you supply us with a bit more detail about this debt please. What is it for - it sounds Council Tax ish? How old is it? Have you had any contact with the bailiff or the people to whom the debt is owed? How much is the debt? who are the bailiffs?

Anything at all you can tellus, the better we can help you.
