    please help they clamped my car on monday an are asking for 431 pounds which i cannot afford im on benefits i have a child on disability an dont no whatto do please someone help x

        Hello jennywar78 and i am sorry to hear about your problem. I havent got much experience in this but as u have mentioned that you are on benefits and got a child with disability so i am assuming that you will fall in "potentially vulnerable" category as well which i am sure the senior members will shed some light on

          Jenny, is the car a Motability vehicle? If so, the bailiffs could be in extremely deep doo-doo, not only for clamping it, but trying to put a levy on it.
