    Re: Distress Warrant tomorrow!

Once the payment goes through the systems, it will show your account paid. The court are right about the fees.

Just keep them out, and if you've got his details put in a Form 4 complaint against the bailiff. His threats and implied threats are totally out of order. Keep that text as that clearly implies he is threatening to return next week.

I can almost guarantee that when he was sitting outside your house he was not trying to get a van or the police, he was hoping you would cave in an go out and pay.

Well done for standing your ground - it's not always easy, I know from personal experience!

      Thanks for your help guys.

I will write to HMCTS asking about the fees. Is there anyone in the court specifically I should direct my question to? Should I just ask which regulation is falls under first, or combine it with asking if they've issued an order for Marston to be able to recover their fees?

I'm not sure I wish to follow up on the Form 4 complaint - it seems almost fruitless after the other complaints I've read going no where other than a slap on the wrist.

        addressed to the Court Manager.

I wouldnt worry about Form 4.. You have paid the fine as ordered by the Court, Case is closed.

Any dispute with the bailiff is a civil matter.
