    Hi, can anyone tell me if I live with a friend who is 7 months pregnant would i fall into vulnerable person category or would it have to be me that is pregnant to fall into this category.

    If you were pregnant you would be vulnerable. If they were from JBW (I have their latest bailiff's handbook!) they are advised to leave your friend alone, go and contact the office for further advice.

    I would imagine it has to be you who is vulnerable, but their code of conduct will say something (haven't got it to hand to look up) which would protect your friend.

    I'm assuming you're female?

      If the person who is expecting is part of the family eg partner, wife, daughter etc then that would make the whole family "vulnerable". If it is someone who stays infrequently or as a "lodger" then probably not. You should also remember that proof of vulnerability should be supplied and sent to both Bailiffs & Council.
