Like i say - when the bankers & MP's are stealing money off the taxpayer then in my view it is fully justified to not repay your debts.
When they start showing morals then the public will as well.
Until then we will simply have more confrontations with bailiffs/riots in general etc.....
    HI

If we all followed your logic, how long would it be before any of us would be unable to borrow anything.

      HI
Does anyone know who is jn line for regulating the bailiffs anyway.
The SIA are out of the picture now, I for one do not want to see them self-regulate, so who do they have in mind?
Tea boy could you ask that question for us, who does she envisage being the regulator?

Hi peter, I have already sent a response to julies email, but you do have a good question there, so when i get a reply from her i will include it in my next email to her and let you know. Or maybe she can answer it herself if the site admin agree to having her on the site to discuss any proposals that are part of there campaign.

At the moment though i have no idea what the proposals are, but hopefully we all will know this week sometime and can discuss them with Julie etc.

It's a shame she can't start in her own back yard. I have already seen letters dated since the TV program that say they are allowed to charge some of these multiple fees - people with more than 1 LO. I've also seen the prove it letters when you have to deny you own the vehicle they have levied on. She needs to put her own house in order before thinking of regulation for this despicable industry.

            HI
I know that CIVEA are there internal "regulators" but i dont know if they are on the cards for taking on the role of enforcing the bill or how it would work, as far as i know CIViA only regulate the members of the trade associations, hopefully whoever takes on the role will have overall control and be totally independant.
Truthfuly i do not know enough about the curent situation, i have not been keeping up but perhaps we can all find out what is going on. or perhaps someone on here more knowledgeable can fill me in.
