Unfortunatly this is often a tactic employed by Bailiff companies to extract fees from a person who has paid on the first notice (and so avoided costs) what often happens is they wait for this cross over period so an extra charger gets added then submit your chq which you think will clear the account based on the information that they gave you only now it doesn't because there is another charge on there that they never told you about!
don't worry you are under no obligation to pay this as it has been added unlawfully, further more the alleged levy that took place is Illegal under Halsbuys Law as it's more than likely to contain property not belonging to you and you did not recieve a copy of this insted the Bailiff left it on a car (also breaking data protection law)
I have full confidence stating that you have paid this fine in full by chq (£216.30) AND THE CASE SHOULD BE CLOSED, under no circumstances should you pay any further amounts for the same case.
