    phillips specialist bailiff and debt recovery

    my husband was paying compensation to the court weekly. then the court sent a non payment notice to philips but the whole thing was paid up by this time but we got a letter saying we owed them £115 - PHILIPS not the court - we consulted a solicitor and heard nothing more til today. A letter of Pre - removal for a debt of £275 has risen because a bailiff came to our door - he didnt. Has anyone any help how to get to their company or what to do about this as they are now talking about removing our car. I am disabled and have fits and seizures as you may realise this is not helping us. please we need advice or at least a number to contact the company other than the call centre number

        they are now sending some one to take payment or goods. wouldnt give the name of the bailiff who said he called and had some unknown person answer but gave us his number. how can we trace him from the number
