I have had a court fine for about £365 for driving a motor vehicle without a licence. I offered to pay the court £50 a month as I was unemployed. I made three payment and was unable to keep up, I did not inform the court that I could not keep up now they have passed the fine on to Phillips a debt collecting agency which has issued me with a notice of distress warrant. I have just had a Debt Relief Order (DRO) which did not include the court fine. I have had a look and read of similar threads and do not know what are my best options here are. I do not have £292 that they are asking for and would be in a position to offer them £25/month. Can I make a payment plan with them or try again to re-arrange with the court? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated
