  • Any advice plzzzzzzzz

Ive recieved a warrant of execution notice by my local court given me 7 days to pay a fee of £172.25 to the court....This is over a judgement i defaulted on...After this amount my balance stands at £765 but this amount isnt highlighted to pay...Only the 172.25.What is this amount for? Im guessing its to stop the warrant or baliiffs will be out but don't get what happens to the rest i owe? Does this go back to who i was orignally paying monthly instalments too, which is bryan carter!!! Any help with this would be most appreciated thanks

Notice of issue of warrant of execution To the defendant...You have not made payment under the judgement that was ordered. The claiment has therefore asked for a warrant to be issued to the bailiff to seize and sell your goods.Unless you pay the amount due to the county court before 23 june 2011 the baliff will call and may remove your goods for sale at public auction. This may mean you will have to pay further costs. It then has Total to pay (incliding fees) on this warrant £172.25 whicj is highlighted and then underneath balance outstanding (after payment of this warrant) £766.34
