Collect Services ( Ickenham Middx ) Were you visited last year?

Hi all,

Have you received a visit from a Collect Services Bailiff? If so, was it last year? I would be very interested to hear from anyone who was visited by this firm - Particularly between Feb and Sept 2010.

Yup, we had a visit or three from them from last summer through to a few weeks ago until we successfully had the parking ticket returned to the council.

They did a false levy, never got in house but listed several items that would be levied, making it sound like they'd been inside.

Why?

my daughter had an awful time with collect services, they lie, and the council support them even when they are proved wrong.
They levy at wrong addresses and when found out blame the way you register the vehicle with the DVLA.
my case was eventually dropped after losts of correspondence with the help of this forum, but eventually it was one voice action group that stepped in.

Thanks for that, Justice. Did you check at the time, to see if the Bailiff concerned was in possession of a Bailiff Certificate?
