Daughter got two penalty charges. Didnt pay them. Bailliffs visited twice. Total bill
£754 !!
My wife paid the bill in a panic and subsequently asked for a breakdown.
Turns out the two visits were charged twice and all fees doubled.
I understand they can't do this
In the process of going through small claims track. They have asked for copies of all paperwork we are going to rely on.
Where can I find a printable copy of THROSSELL v LEEDS CITY COUNCIL ?
