  • Newlyn Parking fines 1800 help please

i have recieved 5 road traffic fines which i didn't pay early 2010 and now i have newlyn sending me removal notices.

    i got 5 parking fines:

    595 before it was 388
    394
    234
    388

i don't know why they keep adding extra costs, each time i get a letter from them i know it aint no bailiff because im awake at that time the geeza just posts the letter and goes off ?

i cant afford to pay this, i aint employed.

i don't want bailiff turning up at my parents address while im not home and start removing things, thats my main concern as im living with my parents.

should i just keep ignoring them ?

i have not contacted them yet what should i do

Well starting with the obvious and assuming these are undisputed council issued parking fines, you will have to make an arrangement to pay something.

I suggest you write to the bailiffs and find out what charges they have applied in the first instance.

In the meantime, you should have a read of this Bailiff Guide - Legal Beagles Consumer Forum

if i ignore them what actions can they take? on the letters they say that they may remove goods in my absence, can they remove things from my parents property.

i dont mind paying but im not paying those prices and bailiff charges cuz they aint visited.

      thanks for the help

if i pay off the original council fees online would i still need to pay off the bailiff fees?

my orignal fines total up to £600 for 4 pcns, but after receiving afew letters from the bailiffs it totalled up to £2834...no bailiffs have knoked at my door i just received letters through the post, saying the bailiffs will be in the aread in 14days.

if i pay the council directly online will i stil need to pay the extra costs charged from the bailiffs? and if i pay off the council fines will they be allowed to force entry into my house or clamp my car?
