Expecting Rossendales van bailiffs out anytime, because of my husbands csa debt and im just so ill with the whole thing, im really depressed and not sleeping well. It has just been allocated to the van bailiff. Every time i hear a noise i jump. How long will the van bailiffs pursue for and visit our house before they send it back to the csa for commital sentence they say? What exactly will van bailiff do? I feel like i cant let my children play in garden incase bailiffs climb over the garden fence. Will they sit outside in a removals van outside my house? The car is on the drive way outside our house, its in my name, will they still clamp it/take it? My husbands work van too, Rossendales have told us they want that too. I have read some horror stories and stories that they do take childrens toys. I just want to weep. If anyone has got anything of help they can say to me please do. Thankyou.
