Re: Help Rossendales Coming Today
there are various fines and they have added a lot of charges on not sure exactly how much. i dont even have the full details of whats owed. i have setup arrangements with rossendales and not been able to keep up with the payments. so the bailiffs are back again. please advise and many thanks amy and everyone else. the bailiff said to my wife he needs to speak to her about something important regarding me and she got worried that something had happend to me and he asked to come so she let him in and then he did his thing by telling her that he was writing down the goods and he made her sign it by saying that he needs to sign to acknowledge that he has been to the house and spoken to her he never explained what she was signing.

You should begin by reading this guide Bailiff Guide - Legal Beagles Consumer Forum and sending the Subject Access Reqeust - linked is contained in the guide.
You need to know what charges have been added and what for.
What goods did he levy?
