i have two different council tax debts with two different councils hence two different bailiff companys who have both done a levy what happens next obviously both cant cut the stuff down the middle so how will that work both thretenig removal today

depending on the goods levied and the amount of the debt owing (can you tell us what goods have been levied and the amount of the liability order) the first levy will be the legal one

you must write to the 2nd bailiff company include a photo copy of the 1st levy and inform them that there levy is unlawful as goods were already subject to a levy ask them to remove the levy fee and all associated fees
