Help! JBW Bailiffs lies = £600 or my car!!
Hi all LegalBeagles members, I am brand new to this sort of site .......... is anyone out there that can help? I'm in desparate times :-(
Nightmare!
Received a 'Notice of Removal' a while back, claiming that I owe JBW £600 for a (mysterious) unpaid parking ticket (that I was never notified of). JBW group apparently mailed me/ visited me many times (all lies) and each time, left me a note (lies) detailing reasons for their visit and costs incurred.
The first I knew of any of this was the Notice for Removal with which they were threatening to take my car, or must pay the £600 fine which has accrued due to my apparent lack of response to their demands.
I even tried to apply for a Statutory Declaration and Out of Time Statement to Northampton County Court which was REJECTED!
NOW WHAT DO I DO????
Do I apply for a review at the cost of £75 with the possibility that they'll reject my claim again???
They are clearly con artists, and out to squeeze every last penny from innocent drivers.
