        Re: Philips

        Just an update.

Well it's over 2 weeks now since I noticed my account on Philips website started showing that no accounts were open and the amount owing is £0.00. I've not heard anything from Philips, the Court or TS regarding this, so I'm assuming it's all dealt with. Would be nice to have something in writing though just in case Philips try coming back at me again.

A very big thank you to all who helped me in this matter, especially Amy. xx

            Re: Philips

Just to update you, I've received a letter from Philips this morning.

            Dera Mrs xxxxxxx

With regard to your complaint, firstly I would like to express my regret that your experience with Philips has not been to your satisfaction. As a company we strive to reach the highest standards and take any incidents such as this extremely seriously.

A Bailiff called on the 5th January @ 15.04 (he was allocated on 3rd January but as this was a Bank Holiday he is not allowed to visit on that day) and therefore called on the 5th January when the fee of £200 was incurred.

We can confirm however that the fine amount has now been remitted to the court and we are now no longer dealing with this matter as the case has been closed.

We trust that this now clarifies the situation and confirm that you will receive no further correspondence from us in the respect

            Your sincerely etc...
So still lying to the end, but what do we expect from these lowlife?

What about all the threats they made in order to garner payment?

Exactly! I'm sending a copy of the letter to TS as they are still looking into Philips practices. Hopefully something will be done to stop other people having to put up with the way they handle their business.
