help have two c tax debts with two different councils in the city where i live both previous propertys i had a nervous breakdown when my relationship ended and everything slid one is 600 one 1400 back to my normal self contacted council bailiffs and head offices no one is interested in taking an arrangement stupid thing is if they did would get the bloody money but they want lump sum as single mum on min wage no savings thats impossible not sure what other options i have and yes bailiffs have been in last letters from both were they were coming to remove goods to the value of the debts good luck to them wont even cover the van costs what can i do someone said if i start paying the councils they have to hand the debt back is this true please help
