hi can anyone help i have two seperate council tax debts for two councils in the city where i live both previous propertys both are coming at me threatening to take goods ive begged the council to take back the debt begged the bailiffs and there head offices to be told no no no payment in full one is 600 one 1400 as a single mum of 2 working part time with bugger all savings dont know what else i can do even googled loan sharks but they dont seem to advertise helllpppppppppp thanks

Don't use a loan shark for goodness sake, we can help you and the councils have a duty to help you too.

However, you will need to pay something. Are you doing this already?

not paid as yet sat online fifty each and each week after simply because the bailiffs went abs crazy telling me i was nt allowed to and i mean there head offices went potty at me when told them thats what i intended to do i ve read the guide seen cab three times just gone round in circles once i pay to the council will it be passed back to council many thanks

Just ignore the bailiffs, there is nothing they can do - keep paying the council, keep the bailiffs out of your property and you'll be fine.
