They don’t even bother concealing how they operate and must think it's normal and acceptable behaviour.

Wouldn’t incentives like unlimited earnings in relation to exceeding targets, attract the wrong candidate to an industry that should be conscientiously administering its course of action. It appears obvious that this is an immoral and irresponsible attitude taken by the bailiff companies in encouraging greed at the expense of the debtor.
