Can someone give me some advice please?? I had Equita pay me a visit during the summer, by all accounts quite a genuine man. Sat explained my circumstances (single mum of 2 etc) he agreed a 100 GBP per month payment plan, he took that one and I offered to give him 6 months of prepaid cheques, he said that he couldnt do this that he would visit monthly, so he has been back once which I paid, and he has not returned until yesterday (during the day so I am at work) the letter states no further chance to pay in installments and coming to remove goods within 24 hours???
    Can someone help me?

Is this for a council tax debt?
