Quick question that I can't find an answer to.
Does a bailiff have to identify themselves on a notice of distress.
What I mean by this is that I have received a notice of distress from a bailiff that does not give any details relating to who the bailiff is. There is just a squiggel in the signature box.
From reading around the forum, this seems to be common practice at this bailff firm, because I suspect that they do not use certificated bailiffs to deliver them.
What info needs to be on a notice of distress. If you could just point me in the direction of the correcgt page. Many thanks
