contact details for newlyns

hi ive just wrote out a draft letter to send to newlyns, disputing there charges and various other complaints against them, i have searched the web and can not find any contact details for them, i do have there address but id like a name to send the letter to, so it gets noticed, any one out there know where i can get the company directors name from, i have no letters from newlyns, never had any from them so cant get the info from a letter does anyone have a letter with a company directors name on please

according to company house the directors name is a Michelle Fenner. The head office address is
Batchworth Place, Church Street, Rickmansworth, Herts., WD3 1JE

Here is the name of their Managing Director Mr Kevin Mccarthy. I got it from the link below IRRV Associations - Yorkshire and District

He was there to deliver a speech in May.
