Bailiffs - PCN's. Advice please.

Hello all.

I am new to this forum but am finding it most helpful. Thanks to all who have posted on my recent 'drama' with JBW.

Can they only clamp the vehicle that the PCN's appertain to? Or can they clamp any vehicle that is registered to the person/company that owes the PCN's?

They don't want your goods, they want your money and they will clamp anything if it causes the most amount of distress and ultimately gets them full payment.

The registered keeper is responsible for paying the PCN, which is not necessarily the same person as the one who owns the car.
