    hi all new to this site ..need some help ..i had a llyods tsb overdraft which was 2 thousand pound ..i went over my overdraft by 200 pound which took it to 2,200 pound then i get paid of from work so llyods tsb decided to charge me 295 pound so in a matter off 18 months my 2,000 pound overdraft has turned in to nearly 5,000 pound an have occured nearly 3,000 pound in chearge .even thou i have phoned them up 6or 7 times to tell them iam not working ..but yet they still charged me ..So they have sent the debt over to MOORCROFT debt agency ..they phoned me up saying they wanted 600 pound a month ..but i got it down to 40 ..but i carnt afford to pay it so i have stoped..i know that they are going to send a bailiff out soon ..an can u help me the best way to deal with it ...if i dont pay it will they just send the debt back to llyods tsb ..

    Well short and sweet version.

    You need to tell Moorcroft to "go away" as you are disputing the debt with LTSB under hardship terms.

    Then it's a case of taking a hardship claim for charges to LTSB.
    Hardship claims aren't really my area, but I have requested further, more detailed help for you.
