  • Mackenzie Hall, we told ya its not r debt

Hi peeps, Ill try n keep it as brief as poss... My partner of abt 4 yrs was with a woman who ran up debts in his name and forging his name to aquire items through shops, cateloques etc. As he worked silly hours she was free to wrack up debts in his name and hiding the invoices and letters etc. He left her as soon as this came to lite, she then disapeared so all the debt fell on him so he was advised to go bankrupt wich he did. We lost count of how many times she forged his name, even forgin his motorbike logbook so the bike became hers, the police, DVLA nobody wanted to know.

After going bankrupt we thought this would have been the end of this situation, however in July 2009 we received a debt norification for £47.50 from Wescot Credit Services, the name of the debt was a Mrs. XXXX surposadly the wife of my partner... never married. We contacted wescot they would not provide us with any inforamtion on the debt they then said "ok dont worry about it theyd mark it as nothin to do with us", we then received another letter from Wescot about the same debt in December 2009 again we contacted Wescot, and again "dont worry about it....". We then received another debt letter in April 2010 from Mackenzie Hall informing us of a payment deadline later that month. We contacted them, they said leave it with them.
This morning we received an automated message service from Mackenzie Hall, telling us "Its URGENT that we get in touch with them" Na dont think so!!!!!!

My partner has no items in this property belonging to him and I am certainley not gonna pay the thieving *****s debts . Any advice in this situation would be fantastic.

    Thanks
    AllyC

STOP TALKING TO ANY DCA ON THE PHONE.
    EVERYTHING IN WRITING ONLY !!!!

File ANY and ALL letters from Mucky Hall under IGNORE.
These "people" specialise in acquiring statute barred and completely unenforceable debts.
Their letters are complete fantasy. They will NEVER be sending someone round or even starting court action against you.

Have a read of the first link in my sigge for more information.

Meritforce? That is one bottom-barrel company for sure - and it's one I know very, very well.

I know it got sold to MacKenzie Hall - is it Knox that still runs it?
