    Hi All,

Hope someone can answer this question, 18 months ago we got into arrears with our coucil tax this was then passed to the bailiffs for collection.
We were paying them £75 per month but after severe money problems the council let us reduce it to £15 per month, now my question 3 months ago we moved to a rented property after losing our house we have had various letters telling us that they want payment in full £1038.00 and although we have moved the walking posseion order still applies is this true or do they have to obtain a new one, hope i have coverd all points Help!!!!!!!:help:
