Detailed Assessment of Bailiff's Fees

Is any one aware of a Detailied Assessment Hearing carried out by District Judge Plakow in December 2007?

The defendant in the hearing was Drakes Group, now Marstons Group and Judge Plaskow apparently issued a 62 page judgement covering many points including Card Transaction Fees.

This would be a very useful Case in Law to quote if it is a real Judgment.

If it is real does anyone know where I can find the full document on the internet?

There is a court section on www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk this shows details of recent court decisions. The last notice is about Marstons with regard to parking fines. They may have the full details.

It is real, but I cannot find it anywhere either.

It was heard in Brentford County Court, so you could give them a call and ask them to send it to you.
