bailiff fees???

hi new to this so hopefully will get a reply i have had some problems with rossendales (council tax debt) it wasnt till my father pointed me to this site that i did not have to let them in or sign the paperwork.
from some advice from other members i sent a letter asking for a run down of charges they sent me a run down with charges for van attendence (£110),
payment by card (0.80p), walking possesion fee (£12) levy fee (£24.50) levy fee (£41) walking possesion fee (£12)
i was only awear that they could charg a first visit fee of £24.50 and sewcond visit fee if they think is necessary of £18 please correct me if im wrong

First and second visit fees are correct. If you have not allowed them previous peaceful entry, then they cannot charge a levy.

As for the card fee, search the bailiff forum for "fraud."

what about the van fee?? no items were taken a no van was even there and walking possesion fee
