I need some advice on these bailiffs i had these out for my council tax dating 2009/2010 the amount i owe is 1090 or it was untill the baliffs added £400 charges i told them this was to much and he said he was an enforcment bailiff and he will just come and take my stuff I got told they could only charge 24.95 for 2 visits when i told him this he said i have my infirmation wrong and will just take my stuff what will i do hes never been into my house and i cannot afford to pay the payments he wants please any advice would be great

First of all, you are correct and he is not, although they can charge for two visits and it is more than £24.50, it is not £400. Read this for more information and then come back and ask any questions about anything that is unclear.
