    The only reason we suggest you request your information by way of a formal SAR is because this is a legal requirement and they must, by law, provide you with this information. As you've already found out, they fob you off at every turn and the information supplied to you is not sufficient, as you have identified; a) what dates were the visits made? b) the attendance fees should be broken down.

    Have you got any paperwork from these alleged visits?

      hi amy can you tell me what a SAR is please... having same problem with same company, but, i recieved a demand letter after 2 and a half years later. I have no knowledge of this offence and have tried to phone contact number, council, and they say they have visited but i have been house bound for some time... but no visitors, not even a baliff card to say they have been. any help with this matter would be gratefully appreciated. thx

              ive read that if a vehicle is in your spouses name, they cannot take it, they can only take what belongs to the person on the warrant, and they cant take a car that is needed for work if you can prove that
