      Re: warrant issued

Did Marston Group write to inform you the bailiff was going to visit you?

Did the bailiff show you a copy of the warrant?

"A person executing a Warrant of Distress must either show the warrant to the person against whom the distress is levied, or state where and how it can be inspected."

I suggest that you send Marston Group a Subject Access Request to ascertain how they have arrived at these fees. You can find that here Bailiff - SAR - Legal Beagles

          Re: warrant issued

I presume this is a magistrate court fine from what you've said?

When you let him in, did you sign anything? What has he levied on? Have you sent the SAR yet? If not you need to add a paragraph asking for a copy of the warrant.

If you can fill in some of the blanks this would help greatly.
