Hi, we have received a Warrant of Execution notice from Equita Bailiffs in my brothers name (a parking fine). He lived with us a few years ago and the numpty has not changed the address for his car. Apparently he has changed it with the court but not the DVLA.
The notice states they will call at this property within 48 hours? i called them this morning to inform them that he hasn't lived here for over 2 years, but the girl was soooo rude and wouldn't answer any of my questions!
I just want to know that they cannot come into my house and take my property?
I have read your info on bailiffs, but not sure how it works when its in someone else's name?
