    one visit from the bailiff dont know if I can go through with another one.

    A year ago I started having money problems and I ended up having a visit from the bailiffs and it wasn't very nice. It was so horrible seeing them go through your belongings and taking them away. Since them my problems havent gone away I am still in alot of debt, Im only young and I want to get out of this horrible situation now.

    Hi Albert and welcome to Beagles.

    You are doing the right thing facing up to stuff and wanting to sort things out, it might take a while but you've made a start by joining Beagles (God, I sound like a 12 step meeting or something, please don't think I'm being patronising lol)

    Could you give a bit more detail about your debts and situation please? Then we will be able to advise better.

      As wendy has said we do need a lot more detail from you as to whats going on with your debts.
      In your own time though and if you feel you would rather keep somethings private then by all means pm the details to one of the team.

        A visit from a bailiff usually results in inflated fees due to their embellishment of what they are permitted to add to your account.

        What was the bailiff visit for? Are you still paying the bailiff?

          Thank you all for your warm welcome. My first visit from the baliff was for outstanding ccj's. My current debt totals up to £37,000.

            Hi Albert,

            A warm welcome to Beagles. Can you give more details as to what the debts were a result of? Were bank charges incured due to the debt? If so we can help you get them refunded and try to help you reduce the debt.
            Borrow money from a pessimist -- they don't expect it back.

              My debt contains two bank loans, three credit cards and mortgage arrears.
