as stated on previous threads had jacobs sneaking round between 12 and 6am got the warrant returned and now the nice people at blackpool council have canceled the parking fine, poor bailiffs lost lots of money rrrrrrrr,normally I wouldnt kick a man when hes down,but then these arent men, so to compound his day Ive filled out a form 4 and I now hope the judge rips his little balls off
