    im currently being chased by mil collections for a debt which was wrongly placed on us by utility warehouse. they entered our business address removed the Electricty meter illegally we settled the dispute with them and they put the meter back in with out any cost
    we are now being chased by mil for nearly £9000 this was a little cafe/bar which they ruined with there actions the collections company are saying they can collect a sole trader debt from a company that im a director of, ive checked online and its saying this isnt the case as the ltd company obviously owns all the assets not me
    could anyone shed some light on this situation for me please
