  • Recommendations for high court enforcement companies for a employment tribunal award?

    Hi everyone,

I previously instructed HCE Group, but unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing. Despite providing them with plenty of evidence and information, the agent never even raised the issue of payment with the debtor. Overall, it was abysmal and far more hard work than it should have been.

I’m now looking for a company that can take a firmer approach and actually get results.

Has anyone here had experience with DCBL or Shergroup?

I’m also open to hearing recommendations for any other agencies you’ve found effective.

    Thanks in advance.

If you want a Groundhog Day experience, then those two are the right choice. Try one of the smaller enforcement companies local to you or where the other party lives. Far better personalised service. I speak from experience
