  • High Court CCJ

DCBL High Court Enforcement went to my address yesterday and posted a letter.
The form posted is “Notice after entry or taking control of goods on a highway” but they didn’t enter the address.
The debt is a CCJ obtained from a training course in 2022 and with all the fees is now £3000.
Any advice on what I should do next.

    Was a vehicle removed?

HCEOs can only enforce entry under certain circumstances but they can remove assets outside the property such as vehicles and boats

To prevent costs escalating the best course of action is to come to an agreement regarding the repayment of the debt
