  • HMCTS Warrant/Order Power to enter premises

I have a speeding fine that I have failed to deal with and the bill is now £1324.00 an expensive 3 miles an hour.

I have had a visit and a demand posted from CDER Group.

My Questions are can they force entry into my home.

I am not the property owner I live with my partner

    Can someone help me

Not sure on the above but I do know if you fail to pay you will be summoned to a fines court at magistrates to explain....

Fill in an income and expenditure form, take into account the cost of living i.e. food, utilities etc. Give yourself a buffer if their are further rises. If you are left with £5 a month so be it. Email that to CDER, that should stop visits etc.
