My daughter had the bailiffs come round today from equity. Now the guy said that she owes £2000 just over. However he gave her a removal of notice which states that the total due to Birmingham City was £445. I paid £289 today. Does that mean that there’s only 156 pay due because there’s no breakdown of their costs. Also, there is no enforcement letter sent and they turned up today. I am just need advice really. As they want her to set up a direct debit for the remaining 1800 hundred pound per month which he said he’ll ring her tomorrow at 10 o’clock I just wanna see where we go with this because obviously the letter actually states from them due to Birmingham City, total £445 and no cost from themselves.
