many more advise please?
I have since received documentation from the Dvla and my insurance company and spoke with the debt agency. The debt agency have asked me to forward the letter from the Dvla and my insurance documents of to them. I sent the information to them and I received a postmaster automated reply saying that there email dose not valid. I then contacted the agency again by phone asking for another email address or postal address and they are refusing to give me anything other than the original email they first gave me. And the bailiffs are still coming. I can’t believe that this company are allowed to act in this way
