Had a writ issued at a wrong address for me, then a company called Shergroup sent me Notice of Enforcement to my correct address and I emailed a payment plan offer - they stated will speak with
Client.
Then had a enforcement agent from a company called BPS for the same matter attend on a Saturday when only my daughter home and left a letter after 30mins.
Last week had 2 agents from the same company BPS break into my garden and demand full payment and clamped my vehicle (financed - said could take) & moved furnishings out of garage on to driveway.
Can a writ be enforced with a different address on and also sub-contracted with added commission and fees as stated Stage 2?
