  • Bristow and Sutor is this legal ?

Bristow and Sutor contacted me in June I had an unpaid council tax bill from 2017 it was 200 pound I'm adhd so I forget things. I organized a payment plan with them on the phone and started paying monthly ... Fast forward to October they say I've paid all that but there is now another two they have found from earlier years equalling 600 I believe so I organized parent plan and started paying on December payment I put 31 instead of 103 my mistake and had them at the door by the 13th of Dec. no warning just straight at my door so I paid 100 and he said the payment plan was back but to make sure I paid at the end of Dec. so my pay day came at the end of December I paid my usual amount and today I've received a email and text saying if you don't pay you will lose your plan I just checked my bank it didn't go out till the 2nd cause it was bank holiday... But is what they are doing legal ? I feel like they are bullying me for paying ?
