  • Virtual office as a registered office

I'm setting up a new company through a website that does it all for you. They even let you use their London office as a registered office.

I Intend to run the business from home as I can't afford office space.

My question is with the registered office as the one provided by the company and in the worst case scenario I have to Close my business down with debt. Is my home address protected?

I know I said Il be running the business from home but I have no intention of sharing that information with suppliers.

I don't think it's possible if your house doesn't appear in the documents.

Provided you have permission any premises can be a registered office. Many compamies use their accountants address but any address will do provided that any documents served on the address can find there way to you.

It's cool to do this, but I don't advise you to take too many risks. Personally, I have never done this, but I know that in the Internet business very often people try to deceive each other, so I will very much read all the papers that you sign for this. I understand that this requires a lot of investment, but I think that with the office, there will be much less problems. I also didn't want to buy an office at first, but my father insisted on it and suggested that I look at some cheap options, something like this osdoro.com.sg and indeed, buying a small office helped me to cope with many problems.
