parking ticket warrant of control from jacobs

hi,

i got a parking ticket back in 2018 from the council

they issued a warrant of control more then a year ago

still getting bailiff visits (Jacobs)

(however i cant submit a te7 and te9 because i applied and they rejected it around a year ago )

i read somewhere that the traffic related warrant of control only lasts for 12 months but its been over 12 months. And im not sure if that law is valid anymore as it shows crossed out on the justice law website.

i have not entered any agreement or paid anything



any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of Warrants etc were extended in time last year because of Coronavirus, you need to speak to the Council or Jacobs to confirm this in your own case.

Thanks I just realised also this is a council traffic violation issue Not parking . Don’t know if it counts as the same thing . I’m going to submit a pe2 and pe3 (I have to have it sworn ) , I’m not sure if I did that before as it was so long ago . And thank you I have contacted the council to request a copy of the warrant of control to see what is going on with that .
