  • Newlyn plc

Hi I have been chased by newlyn plc since 2017 for some parking fines that took place in 2016. I have made appeals to the council however they didn't help they just said that I have to pay. Newlyn is demanding me to pay them £2100. Last year they put a clamp on my car on a street near town centre. I only left the car unattended for 5 min I told them that this spying on me that they been following me and they said they didn't they have access to anpr cameras which is a lie and there where no cameras on that street. I had to sell my phone and give them.£440 to take the clamp off and they didn't even took those money off the 2100 balance. So yhea they are big scumbags saying they have court order a court that I didn't even attend so how is that fair being judged in absence?

Instead of having a rant about this you would be better explaining how the parking tickets came about and the grounds you have used for appeal. For each ticket you would have received several letters/demands and if the all went unanswered then this how it gets sent to Bailiffs. As for Newlyn they should have also sent at least one notification for each ticket.
