    I had an agreement of paying £100 per unfortunatley my or myself have made an error of paying £1000 this money is rent and living expenses for month I advise andrew wilson of this within 24 hours and they are refusing give me back my £900 also it is a £50 over payment can they do this ???

    It will have been seen as a voluntary payment so may be difficult to recover. How did you pay? I assume by doing this you have now paid in full and if there is an overpayment as you state then that should be repaid to you but may rest in a Client account for a period of time first - you are best writing to them about all of this rather than doing it over the phone.
