Re: advice please - bailiffs and birmingham city council!

long delay as waiting to hear back from various letters.
1. got a letter back from courts say that 1 order for recovery should be revoked. waiting to hear about another 3 for which I filled in a TE9. Got a letter from city council saying they have received it and are looking into it. I shall not ring the council but was thinking about calling the courts to find out when they sent the forms to the council because as you've told me they have to respond in 19 days!
2. In their letter, city council also tell me hey have 1 more PCN at the stage of order for recovery and 1 PCN sent to Jacobs bailiffs but they have not given me any forms to fill! What form should i ask for? I haven't had any correspondence about these either. I know that the PCN with Jacobs will expire on 14/3/2009 and I have not heard from them.
